Coached by Jen Hickman

Jen is a lifelong runner who decided to take it to the next level in 2023 as a coach gaining certifications in 80/20 Endurance and UESCA. Since then, she has started her run coaching business. She coaches runners who share her story - after many years of running, it becomes hard, and yet, there are still dreams of doing more. As a runner, she has run almost every distance between a 5K to the marathon, with the half marathon as her favorite.
